Meetings, Agendas and Minutes

Members of the public are welcome to attend all council and committee meetings. Legally they may not speak during the meeting but Council meetings include a dedicated Public Question Time, and Chairmen will often suspend a committee meeting to allow public participation. In addition, the public can request that an item be put on the agenda, by writing to the Town Clerk at least 10 days before the meeting or contact us by email

Full Council meetings and any committee meetings scheduled for the same night, are held at the Fire Station Community Room, Kingshill Road. Committee meetings on the remaining nights are held in The Methodist Church Rooms, Castle Street, Dursley.
