Festive Window Competition

The winners of the 2022 Window Competition were announced on Friday at the annual Festive Dursley Switch-on event. The theme for this year's competition was 'Victorian'.

In first place was Wyke House, with a gorgeous display of items from the Victorian era. The Mind charity shop and Hunters estate agents were second and third respectively.

Three highly commended certificates were awarded to Blue Cross charity shop, Inches and The Traditional Bakery. The windows were judged by members of The Door Youth Club and Cam and Dursley Youth Forum together with the Mayor, Symon Ackroyd and Deputy Mayor, Mandy Woodward.

The Town Council and Festive Dursley would like to thank all the local businesses who entered this year's competition and Classy Glass and Awards for providing the winning trophy.
