Autumnal Watercolours with Sheena Maynard

Autumnal Watercolours with Sheena Maynard

Mon, 22 Oct 2018 10:00

Monday 22 October 2018 – 10:00 – 16:00 - £50

This fun and informative workshop is designed for artists of all abilities.

We will be painting a still life of pumpkins, which are plentiful at this time of year. Students will be guided all the way with personal tuition and demonstrations. We will look at how to set up an interesting arrangement and how to transfer the subject to watercolour paper; then practice mixing the bright colours and many different textures of these beautiful fruits.

Watercolour is not the easiest of painting mediums, but the joy of sploshing paint around is great fun and if that results in a pleasing painting at the end of it, then that is even better.

Tickets available at www.kingshillhouse.org.uk or ring the office on 01453 549133.
