Community Defibrillator Seminar - 1st April 2017
We have arranged for the Community HeartBeat Trust to run a Community Defibrillator Seminar.
The seminar will be held on Saturday 1st April 2017 at 11am in the Dursley Methodist Church Meeting Room.
The Community Heartbeat Trust will be demonstrating the use of defibrillators and explaining how the equipment works and its benefits to the community in saving precious minutes in the treatment of sudden cardiac arrest. The more people that know how to use the portable defibrillator installed in the old telephone kiosk in Castle Street, the more chance there is of saving the life of a victim of Sudden Cardiac Arrest.
Everyone is welcome, and no special skills are required, just a willingness to play an important role in the event of a medical emergency.
To book a place please contact the Council office on 01453 547758 or email: admin@dursleytowncouncil.gov.uk
