Dursley Town Council 'Open House' Event

Dursley Town Council 'Open House' Event

Dursley Town Council will be opening up its office, Jacob's House, to the public on Saturday 14th July for the morning. Everyone is welcome and can drop in anytime between 9am and 1pm.

It's a great opportunity for people to come along and find out more about the Council, the work we do here in the office and our plans for the future, including the new car park in Long Street. It's also an opportunity to have a look around Jacob's House itself and find out more about the history of this beautiful listed building.

With the school Summer holiday fast approaching, people can pick up a copy of the Dursley Mini Cotswold Hare Trail for the kids (or drop off completed forms) for the chance to get a special Mayoral Certificate.

The Open House coincides with the 'Festive Dursley Summer Stalls' event which is taking place in the town centre on the same day and also the 'Dursley Carnival Music Festival' which is taking place on the War Memorial Recreation Ground from 13th to 15th July 2018.

(Jacob's House is located opposite the Market Place on Castle Street.)
