A Visit to Dursley by Pedersen Bike Enthusiasts

Dursley was visited today by 10 Pedersen Bike enthusiasts who are coming to the end of a 8 day bike trip which stated in Harwich, South-East England. Over the last week the group of German and Dutch nationals have travelled over 200 miles to visit Dursley.

They were greeted by the Mayor, Cllr Neil Grecian with coffee and cakes served in the Town Hall. This afternoon they are visiting the Heritage Centre and the grave of Michael Pedersen located in the Kingshill Cemetery. Tomorrow they complete their tour by cycling to Gloucester.

The group regularly visit the United Kingdom and last visited Dursley in 2013. The choose this year to return to mark the 125th anniversary of the Dursley-Pedersen bike.
