War Memorial Recreation Ground: Fire Damage to Council Property

Over the weekend of 17th and 18th August 2019, two litter bins in the War Memorial Recreation Ground playground were deliberately set on fire and destroyed.

The incident on Saturday 17th August occurred between the hours of 19:50-21:00 and the incident on Sunday 18th August occurred between 19:05-20:00.

Both incidents, and those involved, were caught on CCTV but following police advise we are not releasing the images at this time.

Dursley Town Council are appealing for witnesses to report anything they may have seen in relation to the damage.
