Planning Committee - Online

Last night (21st April) saw Dursley Town Council host their first ever "online" meeting.

Following the government's lockdown restrictions to combat the Covid-19 pandemic it was not possible for Town Council to host a public meeting. This resulted in the cancellation of the scheduled meetings in April until last night's Planning Committee meeting.

Legislation approved by Parliament now permits Town/Parish Councils to hold meetings using an online host. Dursley Town Council have selected the "Zoom" meeting application for these meetings.

All online meeting remain open to the public to "attend". The Zoom meeting ID and Password will be made available on our agendas via the website and noticeboards for all future meetings held online.

Last night's Planning Committee, chaired by Cllr Symon Ackroyd was deemed successful with the Committee considering five current planning applications. The next scheduled online meeting will be Full Council at 7pm on Tuesday 19th May 2020.
