Visit Dursley & Watch the Tour of Britain - 9th September 2022

Dursley is getting ready to welcome the AJ Bell Tour of Britain race on Friday 9th September 2022.

The race is estimated to go through Dursley at approx. 2:14pm, travelling along Kingshill Road, Castle Street, Bull Pitch & Uley Road. Dursley is a race sprint point.

It's a great opportunity for spectators to take advantage of Dursley's high street, which is home to two specialist bike shops.

See The Pulse team on the day & pick up a voucher for a FREE spin class! They will be out with the bikes on Castle Street.

Drop into the Library on May Lane for children's bicycle craft activities & cycling books. Spot the bike riding up their window!

Find out about the 'Dursley Pedersen' Cycle at the Heritage Centre, which will be open on the day.

Race information for the community & residents along the route can be found online using the link below. A rolling road closure will be in operation so that the race can pass safely. Please plan any travel accordingly.
