Dursley Pancake Race 2025

Dursley Pancake Race 2025

The 2025 Pancake Race was held earlier today with 15 entrants representing local organisations and businesses taking part.

The final placings were:

1st: Ross Bowden, representing Active Lifestyles Dursley
2nd: Ellen Brooks, representing Spring Villa
3rd: Andy Howard, representing BBC Points West

Due to the number of runners this year, the group was split for 2 races with a final to decide the top 3. Congratulations to the overall winner, Ross from Active Lifestyles Dursley.

A trophy donated by Dursley Business Inclusive, in memory of local volunteer Eileen Nichols, for the best fancy dress costume was awarded to Neil Malpass, dressed as a Flamingo and representing Cam Beer Festival.

The Town Council would like to thank all the runners who participated and the organisations and businesses who supported the event.

A special thank you to all those who came to cheer on the runners and enjoy a fun event in town. We can't wait to see the media coverage and photos on social media!

See you on the 17th February 2026 for next year's event!
