Dursley Town Council is calling on residents, passionate about their community to stand in the local elections in 2020. The election will take place on the 7th May 2020.

Interested persons need to submit nomination papers direct to Stroud District Council between 24th March and 8th April 2020.

At last night's (Tuesday 7th March) Town Council meeting the Council co-opted Mandy Woodward as a Town Councillor. Cllr Woodward signed the Declaration of Acceptance of Office and joined the meeting.

Mandy is a familiar face in the town having been the proprietor of Wildwood Flowers until very recently and is very active with a number of Community Groups.
