Serving the people of Dursley

Stroud District Council has a statutory responsibility to name new streets. This is conducted under Section 18 of The Public Health Act 1925. Street naming notices are advertised for a statutory 21 day period. During this time objections to the proposals can be received and the notice advises how to do this.
