The Pulse - Swimming Pool, Gym & Studio
The pool offers a wide range of classes and activities for the community, as well as regular public swimming sessions. From swimming lessons and pool parties, to water fitness classes and lifeguarding courses. With features such as large inflatables, school holiday activities and friendly staff, our pool is fantastic for all ages.
The gym is a well-equipped fitness suite with cardio machines, resistance training machines and a free weights area, as well as a team of fitness instructors who can help you achieve your fitness goals. Whether you're looking to build muscle, lose weight, get a healthier heart or just stay in shape, the gym could be perfect for you.
The studio is home to a wide range of health & fitness classes, including Aerobics, Circuits, Gym Tataba, Hatha Yoga, Kettlebell Conditioning, Piloxing, Pump FX, Step, Zumba and more! The Pulse has a variety of fitness classes designed to suit all ages and abilities and each class is taken by a fully qualified fitness instructor. The second studio hosts spin classes and can be hired for classes and events.
